Massage faq
New clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to their massage to fill out the medical history form. General treatment clients should arrive at the time of their appointment.
A session consists of massage, evaluation of clients presentations, time to dress and undress and time to communicate with the therapist to make sure the treatment is tailored.
Firstly, we will require you to get some important medical prior history from you. Your therapist will begin by asking you general questions to establish what areas you would like worked on, if there are any conditions needing to be addressed and to determine if massage is appropriate for you. Your massage therapist may perform certain assessments and testing to evaluate your condition, and to see if you have any presenting complaints.
Personal training faq
This is a great question!! It will be better to be answered effectively by your trainer. It depends upon your current conditions, goals, schedule, budget and timeline.
Just yourself and a towel and a drink bottle. We will bring the motivation, and everything else you might need! You can wear whatever you’re comfortable in because being comfortable and happy is the most important thing.

Group fitness class faq
The Euroa Gym offers specialised Strong Teens classes for 14 to 18-year-olds and Moovin & Groovin Classes for over 65's. If you are between these ages, you are welcome to attend any other group fitness classes offered at The Euroa Gym.
Group fitness classes are fun and interactive.Your trainer will instruct you through your session, with great music pumping you’ll come out feeling fitter and more energised.
Group fitness caters for everyone and is suited for all varying levels of ability.
The minimum participation age is 14 years. Teenagers aged between 14 to 15 yrs of age are advised not to load up with weights or barbells. Body weighted exercise is hugely beneficial for adulence. Under professional supervision lifting weights for pre-adolesces are hugely beneficial. Light and high reps is highly are recommended. As long as kids have gone through a movement screen which has ticked off that they are ready to move forward.
