Dan is a highly experienced and energetic trainer with more than 15 years of experience coaching and mentoring individuals to better health outcomes.

Dan’s fitness journey has covered everything from football to bowling, cricket to running. After working for 10 years as a senior football coach, Dan now motivates individuals and teams for peak performance. Dan’s Mind Body Fit process works with people’s strengths and maximises results with the most efficient training methods.
